Basic Job Function

As a Digital Content Director, you will be responsible for creating٫ improving and maintaining content with the goal of achieving our social media and website initiatives/goals. Duties will also include raising brand awareness by sharing content٫ and monitoring web traffic and metrics with the interest of maintaining best practices. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with exceptional creative writing and editing skills, detail oriented and able to work proficiently under pressure, and an expert in content optimization or brand consistency. Our Digital Content Director establishes and directs the strategic long-term goals, policies, and procedures for the creation of content utilized on web, mobile, and other platforms. This person has extensive knowledge of social media and website designs/functionality, experience managing a budget, growing a social media audience, using tools like content management systems and Google Analytics, and comes with a stream of fresh ideas. They must also be highly organized and deadline-driven to track on the day-to-day tasks that are crucial to our operation. This person will also collaborate with the Senior Pastor on developing a comprehensive strategy for social media. Typically reports to Senior Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience working on social media strategy with a brand or agency.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Significant relevant Website and mobile content management work experience.
• Experience in web-based communication, design, publishing and engagement (in both content creation and technical aspects)
• Knowledge of Web accessibility and usability, internet trends, and programming functionality
• Experience writing professional, ideally social content & ads for business (include 2-3 examples/links with your resume)
• Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
• Demonstrates creativity while maintaining brand standards, voice, and tone
• Critical thinker and problem-solver
• Familiarity with Google Analytics

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
• Will oversee the production of creative & fun content for our brands across all social media channels
• Supervising and managing the day-to-day operation of the Digital Media Department
• Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
• Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
• Write content by adapting the style, tone, and voice of our business
• Create new growth strategies
• Plan, develop and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, ad’s, social media strategy and content
• Identify, define, and report KPIs – specifically for social media
• Ability to draw conclusions and devise strategic recommendations based on data analysis and findings
• Monitor trends, tools, opportunities and applications
• Manage modern, responsive, accessible websites
• Analyzes the site layouts and structures, HTML coding, and navigation systems for optimizing the content to enhance the visibility of the websites
• Manage websites to ensure accuracy and functionality (includes required updates and rebranding as needed)

Basic Job Function

This position of Financial Data Input Clerk is responsible for working with database management software to determine the best possible way to organize and store financial giving data. This person is also responsible for the performance, integrity and security of The Faith Center financial database. Additional role requirements will likely include planning, development and troubleshooting.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Input weekly giving from giving envelops from weekly services
  • Make corrections and additions to all database records, including member and partner information as needed
  • Extract data to create various reports and produce needed information
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot user issues
  • Design reports and queries for financial management
  • Reconcile monthly to finance department reports from the counting teams
  • Ensure data is backed up regularly, stored effectively, and secure from unauthorized access
  • Ensure data is clearly defined: Users can access data concurrently and in a form that suits their needs; there is provision for data security and recovery control (all data is retrievable in an emergency).
  • Process late contributions
  • Follow up with members to correct errors on the giving envelops as required

Qualifications

  • Direct experience in database file maintenance and spreadsheet management (prefer experience with Windows and Microsoft Office).
  • Must be able to effectively plan and implement projects, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must possess the ability to self-manage, (i.e. schedule own time, be proactive, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and set priorities without direct supervision)

Basic Job Function

This position directs and oversees all the financial activities of TFC including but not limited to preparation of financial statements, preparation of and analyze operational budgets, reconciliation of bank statements, supervision of all receipts and payment activities, forecast growth and development, etc., prepare Board reports and periodic congregational financial reports.   This position is responsible for the development and application of financial procedures surrounding the receipt, payment and recording of all financial activity.  This position requires the performance of advanced accounting and management skills and familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Power Point software.  This position requires a motivated, self-starter candidate.  Candidate must be able to excel in both written and oral communication.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff responsible for the counting and posting of cash receipts.
  • Oversee the payment process for all vendors.
  • Oversee the purchasing process for goods and services.
  • Perform internal audits to test accounting policies procedures.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements.
  • Communicate with external accountant (CPA)
  • Prepare monthly reports for senior management and department heads
  • Prepare weekly pastoral reports
  • Prepare annual budget for submission to CFO.
  • Audit safes inventory weekly.
  • Manage acquisition of assets and related depreciation
  • Oversee and review annual physical inventory of all assets owned by TFC.
  • Review monthly cash flow reports for each department
  • Conduct training sessions for staff as needed.
  • Coordinate special projects (re-finance, leasing and selling property, property insurance settlements, etc.)
  • Prepare semi-annual Board financial reports
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and post to general ledger
  • Address all compliance issues (income tax, annual reports, insurance renewals, etc.)
  • Responsible for weekly cash-flow management ( strategy and implementation)
  • Confers with CFO to coordinate and prioritize budget planning.
  • Post monthly journal entries as needed
  • Formally close books monthly.

  • Must pass background screening.

-7-10 years of experience in a receipts or accounts receivable environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Schedule:

-Tuesday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
-Occasional weekend and evenings may be required
