What does a great Select Service Advisor do?

You will be responsible for handling inbound phone volume for WFMS customers.  You will handle 400+ calls monthly and be responsible for full ownership of issues related to, but not limited to Pricing, Products, Service, Chargebacks, Complaints, Billing disputes, Statement Inquiries, and equipment inquiries. Provide support to Bankers, Sales, Acct Management, and Merchant support. Work is broad in nature, requiring originality or ingenuity.
