Homeowners Assistance Programs / City of Sunrise
- The City’s Redevelopment and Grants Division administers a variety of programs that enhance the City’s appearance, safety and overall quality of life by assisting low- and moderate-income households. The leveraging of various state and federal funding sources provides the City the ability to implement a variety of housing and public service programs. Current housing programs include: Residential Rehabilitation, Purchase Assistance, Architectural Barrier Removal, Roof Replacement, Disaster Mitigation.

Florida PACE Program Loan
- Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) is a simple financing mechanism that enables low-cost, long-term funding for energy efficient and wind resistant home improvement projects. PACE can provide funding for a new roof, energy efficient heating and cooling systems, solar panels, impact windows/doors and other upgrades.
